CINC Industries designs, manufactures, sells and supports a series of liquid/liquid centrifuges with capacities from 0.5 to 200 gallons (1.9 to 757 liters) per minute.
 
Our units are used a variety of fields and applications such as:
Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Flavors and Fragrances, Oil/Water, BioDiesel, Nuclear and many others.

Separation
 
The CINC Industries annular centrifuge is superior to both gravity and other centrifugal separators currently used in industry. It starts with a simple design that is easy to operate and maintain.The result is an effective and dependable unit with low operating and maintenance costs
 
Washing
 
Processes requiring washing (or neutralization) as well as separation can be performed in one step utilizing the CINC liquid-liquid centrifugal contactors.
 
Reaction
 
The CINC annular contactor has two inlet ports for introduction of solvents and washing solutions, making it an excellent device for reaction applications where the reaction has rapid kenetics. Efficient two phase mixing is achieved in the annulus between the spinning rotor and the fixed housing
 
Extraction
 

The CINC Industries Liquid-liquid centrifuges are valuable separation devices because of their small size and the rapid, yet efficient operation. However, they become even more valuable when employed as liquid-liquid contactors. The ability of a centrifuge to thoroughly mix two phases in the annular zone prior to separation in the rotor broadens its scope.

 

Good mixing is very important to ensure optimal mass transfer and to minimize solvent or water usage. Chemical processes requiring extraction and washing (or neutralization) as well as separation can be performed in one step utilizing liquid-liquid centrifugal contactors
